Description

FIG. 1 is a right front perspective view of the counter top lottery ticket dispenser of the present invention, the bottom wall being unadorned. The drawing elements shown in dashed outline are merely illustrative of a typical environment for the dispenser of the invention, and do not form a part of the invention; and,

FIGS. 2, 3 and 4 are, respectively, a left side elevation view; a front elevation view; and a rear elevation view of the dispenser shown in FIG. 1.

The ornamental design for a counter top lottery ticket dispenser, as shown and described.
