The FIGURE is a perspective view of an indicator light front element embodying my new design showing the top and the front and left sides of the front element. The sides of the front element are symmetrical and the bottom forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for an indicator light front element for an electrical control and signaling unit, as shown and described.
