Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a first embodiment of the design, showing a wall plate having a built-in night light.

FIG. 2 is a front plan view of the wall plate shown in FIG. 1, showing the night light disposed in the top portion above the outlet openings and a switch for switching the night light disposed above the night light between an off, on, or automatic operation mode.

FIG. 3 is a side view of the wall plate shown in FIG. 1.

FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the wall plate shown in FIG. 1.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of the design, showing a wall plate having a built-in surge protector.

FIG. 6 is a front view of the wall plate shown in FIG. 5, showing surge protection and ground indicator lights disposed in the top portion above the outlet openings.

FIG. 7 is a side view of the wall plate shown in FIG. 5; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom view of the wall plate shown in FIG. 5.

The outlet holes for receiving the prongs of an electrical plug are shown in the figures as dashed lines and form no part of the inventive design.
