FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of a second embodiment of an implantable surgical membrane showing my new design;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view of a third embodiment of an implantable surgical membrane showing my new design;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of a fourth embodiment of an implantable surgical membrane showing my new design;

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being a mirror image thereto;

An ornamental design for an implantable surgical membrane, as shown and described.
