Description
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the hanging plant suspension device showing my new design, it being understood that a hanging plan and suspension hook shown in broken line is for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design;
FIG. 2 is a front view thereof, the rear view is a mirror image;
FIG. 3 is a right side view thereof, the left side view is a mirror image; and,
FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom view is a mirror image.

The ornamental design for a hanging plant suspension device, as shown and described.
