FIG. 1 is a top, front, right side perspective view of a bumper portion of a vehicle, showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view, the left side elevational view being a mirror image thereof.

The broken line showing in the drawings is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a bumper portion of a vehicle, as shown and described.
