FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a clipboard with spring clip of our design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is an elevational view of one side thereof, the opposite side being substantially a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The ornamental design for a clipboard with spring clip, as shown and described.
