FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a supportive sole insert for a shoe showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof; the right side being identical.

The ornamental design for a supportive sole insert for a shoe, as shown and described.
