FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a front perspective view thereof.

The broken line showing of the shape of the recess in FIGS. 1 and 7, and the broken line showing of the depth of the card in FIGS. 2-7, and the broken line showing of the flap in FIGS. 1-7, is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
