FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the top, front and right sides of a feed tube adapter for a bottled water cooler embodying our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof, the rear elevation view being a mirror image of the front side as shown;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the top, front and left sides thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing the bottom, front and left sides thereof.

The ornamental design for a feed tube adapter for a bottled water cooler, substantially as shown.
