FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a cutter of this invention;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top view, the bottom plan view not being shown as it is identical thereto;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a sectional view taken along line VI—VI of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 7 is a sectional view taken along line VII—VII of FIG. 4.
