FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a new design for an adhesive dispensing module;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view, the opposite side being mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top view;

FIG. 4 is a bottom view;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view; and,

FIG. 6 is a perspective view, the portions shown in ghost lines are for the purpose of environment only.

The ornamental design for an adhesive dispensing module, as shown and described.
