FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a ball-point pen showing my new design with the writing tip retracted;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view of FIG. 1, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view of my design of FIG. 1 with the writing tip exposed;

FIG. 5 is a fragmentary view of the top of the cap;

FIG. 6 is a front perspective view of the cap member shown separately for ease of illustration;

FIG. 7 is a front and side perspective view of FIG. 6;

FIG. 8 is a side perspective view of FIG. 6;

FIG. 9 is a side and rear perspective view of FIG. 6; and,

FIG. 10 is a rear perspective view of FIG. 6.
