FIG. 1 is an isometric view of the oil or fuel filter cap showing the new design with a straight handle;
FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;
FIG. 4 is a side elevation view thereof showing said straight handle extending lengthwise, the opposite side thereof being a mirror image; and,
FIG. 5 is a side elevation thereof showing said straight handle from its end, the opposite side thereof being a mirror image.

I claim the ornamental design for a oil or fuel filter cap, as shown and described.
