FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a pencil holder lid according to the present invention with a portion shown in broken lines;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof with a portion shown in broken lines, the rear view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side view thereof with a portion shown in broken lines, the left side view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof with a portion shown in broken lines; and,

FIG. 6 is a perspective view thereof, with a container shown in broken lines.

Any part of the design shown in broken lines is not part of the claimed invention.
