Description
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of my new ornamental design for a bicycle wheel fender, as mounted on a bicycle.
FIG. 2 is an enlarged front view of the bicycle wheel fender shown in FIG. 1.
FIG. 3 is an enlarged rear view of the bicycle wheel fender shown in FIG. 1.
FIG. 4 is an enlarged top view of the bicycle wheel fender shown in FIG. 1.
FIG. 5 is an enlarged bottom view of the bicycle wheel fender shown in FIG. 1; and,
FIG. 6 is an enlarged right hand view of the bicycle wheel fender shown in FIG. 1.
The left hand view is a mirror image of the view shown in FIG. 6.
The broken lines shown are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a bicycle wheel fender, as shown and described.
