FIG. 2 is a top view of the present invention as it appears before being applied.

FIG. 3 is a top view of the present invention of FIG. 2 in a sterile package.

FIG. 4 is a side view of the present invention shown in the direction of line 4—4 of FIG. 3; and,

FIG. 5 is a side view of the present invention shown in the direction of line 5—5 of FIG. 3.
