FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the invention.

FIG. 5 is an elevational view of the flexible neck extended.

FIG. 6 is an elevational view of the flexible neck contracted; and,

FIG. 7 is an elevational view of the flexible neck adjusted to a desirable position for watering a plant.
