FIG. 1 is a first perspective view of the combination spoon and straw according to the present design;
FIG. 2 is a second rotated and perspective view of the combination spoon straw illustrated in FIG. 1;
FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the combination spoon and straw illustrated in FIG. 1;
FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of the combination spoon and straw of the present design;
FIG. 5 is a right side view of the combination spoon and straw, a corresponding left side view being a mirror image thereof;
FIG. 6 is a rear end view of the combination spoon and straw of the present design; and,
FIG. 7 is a front end view of the present design.

The ornamental design for a combination spoon and straw, as shown and described.
