Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a portion of a shoe upper showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a side view thereof; and

FIG. 3 is an enlarged view thereof showing the woven nature of the claimed portion of a shoe upper; and,

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the portion of a shoe upper of FIGS. 1-3 with the claimed portion shown in a different location and orientation relative to the shoe upper.

The claim is directed to the illustrated portion on a shoe upper. The depicted locations and orientations of the claimed portion relative to the shoe upper is for illustrative purposes only and the specific location and orientation of the claimed portion relative to the shoe upper form no part of the claimed design. The three different shading presentations represent three contrasting appearances, differing by color, texture, and/or material. The broken line showing of the remainder of the shoe is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
