FIG. 4 is a side elevation of our pen and pencil holder taken from the left side thereof, it being understood that the right side is a mirror image of FIG. 4;

FIG. 5 is a front elevation of our pen and pencil holder; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of our pen and pencil holder.
