FIG. 1 is an environmental perspective view of the vehicle tail light plate with a visor with the broken line showing of a vehicle light lens being for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, the other side being a mirror image;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.
