FIG. 1 is an isometric view in elevation of a container and cap assembly having the tamper proof label of the present invention affixed thereto;

The label is characterized as having upper and lower portions, the upper portion being further characterized as 2 opposing tabs. The upper and lower portions being joined together by a tear strip having perforations, wherein pull tabs are located at opposite ends of the strip.
The broken line shown on the label represents perforation. The broken line showing of a container and cap assembly is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
