FIG. 2 is a partial front elevation view thereof.
FIG. 3 is a partial rear elevation view thereof.
FIG. 4 is a partial right side view thereof, the left side view being a mirror image thereof.
FIG. 5 is a top view thereof.
FIG. 6 is a partial bottom view thereof; and,
FIG. 7 is a partial rear perspective view thereof.
The push button shown in broken lines in FIGS. 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 is environmental structure and does not form a part of the design of our wheel handle for an upright luggage case.

The ornamental design for a wheel handle for an upright luggage case, as shown and described.
