FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a holder for paper towel rolls and the like showing our new design, the rear elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 2 is a side view, taken from the left side of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a side view, taken from the right side of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The ornamental design for a holder for paper towel rolls and the like, as shown and described.
