FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing the optical fiber holder of FIG. 1, the optical fiber holder being mounted to a substrate which is shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
