FIG. 2 is a back view, the opposite end elevation being identical thereof.

FIG. 3 is a plan view thereof.

FIG. 4 is an inverted plan view thereof.

FIG. 5 is a side view, the opposite side elevation being identical thereof.

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line A—A of FIG. 3 thereof.

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line B—B of FIG. 3 thereof.

FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line C—C of FIG. 3 thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line D—D of FIG. 5 thereof.
