FIG. 1 is an isometric perspective view of the cellular telephone housing design of the invention being shown mated with a thin complementary interchangeable cover;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof shown mated with the thin complementary interchangeable cover;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof shown mated with the thin complementary interchangeable cover;

FIG. 4 is a top and left side elevational view thereof shown mated with the thin complementary interchangeable cover;

FIG. 5 is a bottom and right side elevational view thereof shown mated with the thin complementary interchangeable cover;

FIG. 6 is a right side view thereof shown mated with the thin complementary interchangeable cover;

FIG. 7 is a left side view thereof shown mated with the thin complementary interchangeable cover;

FIG. 8 is an isometric perspective view of the cellular telephone housing design of the invention shown having the thin complementary interchangeable cover removed;

The broken lines showing of features including an antenna and the thin complementary interchangeable cover shown in FIGS. 1-7 indicate an environment for the cellular telephone housing design and forms no part of the claimed design.

What is claimed is the ornamental design for a cellular telephone housing, as shown and described.
