FIG. 1 is a rear perspective view of an outboard motor cowl showing our new design with other portions of the outboard motor shown by broken lines and forming no part of the claimed design;
FIG. 2 is a front perspective view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear view thereof;
FIG. 5 is a side view thereof;
FIG. 6 is an opposite side view thereof; and,
FIG. 7 is a top view thereof.
