FIG. 1 is a front and left side perspective view of a toilet roll dispenser showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof, the broken-line disclosure of toilet paper rolls being for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design,
FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;
FIG. 5 is a top plan view of the lid portion thereof, the remainder of the dispenser being omitted for clarity of illustration; and,
FIG. 6 is a front elevational view of lid portion thereof, the remainder of the dispenser being omitted for clarity of illustration.

The ornamental design for a toilet roll dispenser, as shown and described.
