FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being identical to the front elevational view shown;
FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side elevational view being identical to the left side elevational view shown; and,
FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.
The broken line representations of an escutcheon base in FIGS. 1-4, and of mounting structure in FIG. 5, are for the purpose of illustration only, and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a handle, as shown and described.
