FIG. 5 is a top plan view according to FIG. 1.

FIG. 6 is a second side elevation view according to FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 7 is a rear elevation view according to FIG. 1.

The broken line portions of the drawings form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a housing for a communication device or similar articles, substantially as shown.
