Description

FIG. 1 is an isometric view of a bottom, rear, and left side of an ornamental design for a bag hanging device according to the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a top, rear, and right side of an ornamental design for a bag hanging device according to the present invention;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view of the bag hanging device of FIGS. 1 and 2;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view of the bag hanging device of FIGS. 1 and 2;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of the bag hanging device of FIGS. 1 and 2;

FIG. 6 is a left side elevational view of the bag hanging device of FIGS. 1 and 2, a right side elevational view of the bag hanging device being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom elevational view of the bag hanging device of FIGS. 1 and 2.

The ornamental design for a bag hanging device, as shown and described.
