Description

In a preferred embodiment, the nature of this product is as a plumbing fixture in the form of a combined bathtub and shower enclosure which is primarily useful for washing the body parts of humans.

FIG. 1 is a left, top, front perspective view of a bathing enclosure embodying our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view thereof taken along line 6—6 of FIG. 2;

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view thereof taken along line 7—7 of FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of a second embodiment (which is a mirror image of that shown in FIG. 6), the front elevational view being identical to that shown in FIG. 2, the right side elevational view being a mirror image of that shown in FIG. 3, the left side elevational view being a mirror image of that shown in FIG. 4, and the top plan view being identical to that shown in FIG. 5.

The broken line representations of holes in FIGS. 1, 2, 4, 6, and 8, of a drain in FIGS. 1, 3, 4, 6, and 8, of a shelf and a bar in FIGS. 2 and 7, and of hardware in FIGS. 2, 6, 7, and 8, are for the purpose of illustration only, and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a bathing enclosure, as shown and described.
