FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a tubing cutter handle showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevation view thereof, the opposite side being identical; and,

FIG. 5 is an end elevation view thereof, the opposite end being identical.

The broken lines shown on the drawings are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
