FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof, it being understood that the right side view is essentially a mirror image of the left;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The ornamental design for a card holder, for items such as business cards, for attachment to a wall, such as a cubicle wall, as shown and described.
