In the eighth embodiment, the top plan view is the same as the fourth emboidment, as shown in FIG. 13, and the front elevation view, rear elevation view, right side elevation view, left side elevation view and bottom plan view are the same as the fifth embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 15-19.
The figures illustrate a slipper made for wearing on a left foot. The petitioners assert design rights in the mirror images of all embodiments made for the right foot. The overall size of the slipper may range within the range of different shoe sizes typically made commercially available.
No claim is made to the fabric appearance, color or texture of the embodiments shown in the Figures. The fabric appearance is not part of the claimed design.
