Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the top, side and rear of a first embodiment of our new design for a closed toe slipper with contoured footbed.

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view of a first embodiment of our new closed toe slipper with contoured footbed.

FIG. 3 is a rear elevation view of a first embodiment of our new closed toe slipper with contoured footbed

FIG. 4 is a right side elevation view of a first embodiment of our new closed toe slipper with contoured footbed.

In the third embodiment, the front elevation view, rear elevation view, right side elevation view, left side elevation view, and bottom plan view are the same as the first embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2-5 and 7, respectively.

FIG. 14 is a perspective view of the top, side and rear of a fifth embodiment of our new design for a closed toe slipper with contoured footbed.

FIG. 21 is a perspective view of the top, side and rear of a seventh embodiment of our new design for a closed toe slipper with contoured footbed. In the seventh embodiment, the top plan view is the same as the third embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, and the front elevation view, rear elevation view, right side elevation view, left side elevation view and bottom plan view are the same as the fifth embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 15-19; and,

FIG. 22 is a perspective view of the top, side and rear of an eighth embodiment of our new design for a closed toe slipper with contoured footbed. In the eighth embodiment, the top plan view is the same as the fourth embodiment, as shown in FIG. 13, and the front elevation view, rear elevation view, right side elevation view, left side elevation view and bottom plan view are the same as the fifth embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 15-19.

The figures illustrate a slipper made for wearing on the right foot. The petitioners assert design rights in the mirror images of all embodiments made for the left foot. The overall size of the slipper may range within the range of different show sizes typically made commercially available.

No claim is made to the fabric appearance, color or texture of the embodiment shown in the Figures. The fabric appearance is not part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a closed toe slipper with contoured footbed, as shown and described.
