FIG. 6 is a top view of the design shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a bottom view of the design shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 8 is a front top right perspective view of the design showing the lamp on a pivoted position relative to the base.

The ornamental design for a spotlight with rechargeable quartz halogen, as shown and described.
