Description
FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a three-ring loose-leaf binder showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is an end elevational view, rotated 90 degrees; of which an opposite end elevational view is a mirror image;
FIG. 3 is a side elevational view, of which an opposite side elevational view is a mirror image; and,
FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view.

The ornamental design for a three-ring loose-leaf binder, as shown and described.
