FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of one side of a seat assembly for a motorcycle showing our new design, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top, front perspective view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a rear perspective view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a bottom, rear perspective view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a top plan view thereof on a reduced scale, shown in position of use on a motorcycle, which is shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 10 is a side elevational view of FIG. 9;

FIG. 11 is a top, front perspective view of FIG. 9;

FIG. 12 is a rear perspective view of FIG. 9; and,

FIG. 13 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 9.
