FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the embodiment of FIG. 1.
FIG. 3 is a front elevation view of the embodiment of FIG. 1. The back view is identical and therefore has been omitted.
FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of the embodiment of FIG. 1; and,
FIG. 5 and 6 are opposite end views of the embodiment of FIG. 1.
FIGS. 1 and 3 correspond to FIG. 11 of the parent application. FIGS. 2, 4, 5 and 6 are repeated from the parent application under the same figure numbers. No new matter is introduced.
