Description

The present invention is directed to a profiled bar used in a rail joint to connect two adjacent rails together.

FIG. 1 is a front end elevational end view of the profiled bar showing the new design;

FIG. 2 is a front end elevational view of the profiled bar shown in FIG. 1 attached to a rail via a fastener system in broken lines and which do not form a part of the claimed new design;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the profiled bar shown FIG. 1 in broken lines and does not form a part of the claimed new design;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view of the profiled bar shown in FIG. 1 in broken lines and does not form a part of the claimed new design;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view of the profiled bar shown in FIG. 1 in broken lines and does not form a part of the claimed new design; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of the profiled bar shown in FIG. 1 and does not form a part of the claimed new design.

Only the front end elevational view of the profiled bar is shown, the rear end elevational view on the opposite side of the profiled bar is the same design as that shown in FIG. 1. FIGS. 3-6 show the views of the length of the profiled bar. The length of the profiled bar may vary.

Claims

The ornamental design for a profiled bar, is shown and described.
