FIG. 1 is a side perspective view of a decorative front bumper showing my new design; and,

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof.

The rear view of the surface that faces the automobile when installed is omitted and is not part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a decorative front bumper, as shown and described.
