The word TreadHead shown in broken line is also not part of the claimed design.

FIG. 3 is a left side elevation view of the novelty hat.
FIG. 4 is bottom plan view of the novelty hat.
FIG. 5 is a front elevation view of the novelty hat.
FIG. 6 is a right side elevation view of the novelty hat; and,
FIG. 7 is a rear elevation view of the novelty hat.
