Description
FIG. 1 is a top plan view of an ornamental floating apparatus showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is a bottom elevational view thereof; and,
FIG. 3 is front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being a mirror image thereof.

The ornamental design for an ornamental floating apparatus, as shown and described.
