Description

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of the 6 page and coupon format for printed material showing my new design, with the coupon shown as the narrower leaf between pages 2 and 3. The short broken lines on the coupon leaf represent perforations in the paper used.

FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a side perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a side perspective view showing the opposite side from that shown in FIG. 5.
