FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the toilet seat with magnetic hold-open device and magnetic hold-closed devices in use; the broken lines depict environmental structure for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.

Claims

We claim the ornamental design for a toilet seat with magnetic hold-open device and magnetic hold-closed devices, as shown and described.
