Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a vehicle tire rim or hubcap cover, showing my new design in condition of use on a tire of a vehicle;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof, the side opposite being identical; and,

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being identical.

The broken line showing of a vehicle and tire is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
