FIG. 1 is a front view showing the new display panel for speed control in vehicles design, mounted in a vehicle dashboard;

FIG. 2 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof.

The display panel is shown on an enlarged scale in FIGS. 2-5.

The broken line showing of environment is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display panel for speed control in vehicles, as shown and described.
